The hotel had a decent breakfast and good room service. The location was also convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shopping centers. the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was amazing.
The staff members were not friendly and did not provide any assistance during our romantic escape. The air conditioning system was also faulty and made loud noises throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep.

The hotel sits in a very centered and convienet location, for businessman like my husband. However, he thinks that the hotel should be rated 3 instead of 4.
The bookings were not honored from the very beginning, before my husband's departure. There were 2 rooms booked, anyway, he got the room upon his arrival. However, when his colleagues arrive next day, they were informed unavalable of the 2nd room. They had to argue and finally got the room. We would reconsider taking this hotel for our next visit.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was very close to the metro station and walking distance to the nearest City Tour bus stop. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. The bed was so comfortable, and the hotel facilities include a car park.
Nothing to be said.

Not very highly priced.
They charge the guests to enter the night club. It should be free.

The prices are very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The staff are attentive and friendly, providing great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the three computers with decent internet connection, were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was satisfying and delicious.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were okay.

Its location is excellent as the metro train terminal is right outside the hotel. It is clean and rooms are kept tidy every day.
The wall paper is wearing out and getting untidy over time. May be a refurbishment of the walls would be ideal at this time. The African Night Club is very noisy especially for one looking to have a quiet restful night.

The location of the hotel is great, close to a major shopping center and with easy access to public transportation. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth.
The noise level was quite high and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. There were several nearby nightclubs that were quite loud until late at night, and the street noise was also noticeable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from the metro. It made getting around so convenient and saved me a lot of time. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They were always ready to help and made me feel like a valued guest. Lastly, the rooms were well-designed and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the fact that they had three computers on the upper floors for guest use, and the internet connection was reliable. Oh, and I mustn't forget to mention the breakfast - it was delicious!
Everything was okay and I couldn't think of anything that could be improved.

The staff were extremely rude. They wrongly accused me of bringing a guest into my room. They phoned at one in the morning asking for money for the extra guest....the guest was my girlfriend who was checked in with me. The manager barely apologised. Disgraceful stuff.
